Islamabad: Due to the improvement in the country’s economy, the sale of vehicles has also started to increase. During the last month (September 2024), the sale of vehicles in Pakistan has seen a 24 percent increase.
According to the data released by Pakistan Automotive Manufacturers Association (PAMA), vehicle sales have reached 10,297 units in September 2024, while 8,312 vehicles were sold in September 2023.
According to PAMA, vehicle sales increased by 31.5 percent annually in the first quarter of the current financial year and the sales of vehicles in the first quarter of the current fiscal year 2024-25 (July to September) has reached 27,585 units.
According to the data, 20 thousand 983 vehicles were sold in the first quarter of the financial year 2024.
