Instant messaging application WhatsApp is working on introducing a new tool ‘Chat with This’ for its web users.
The tool under testing was spotted by WhatsApp Beta Info. WhatsApp is developing a feature using which web clients will be able to contact the company’s official support team at any time without any other application.
Any user can contact the support team directly through the web version.
The new Chat with This option will be available to users in the help section of the app. Whenever this option is clicked, it will display a warning on the screen. A pop-up message will inform users that they will soon receive help from the support team.
