Karachi: Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan of UAE met Sindh Energy Minister Nasir Hussain Shah and UAE Consul General Bakhit Atiq Al Rumiti in Karachi.
In the meeting, investment in Sindh was discussed between the two leaders. Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan said that UAE is interested in investing in Pakistan and in the future investment will be made in electricity and other projects. .
Sheikh Hamdan expressed his commitment that the UAE government is always with Pakistan in all its difficult times. Nasir Shah said that Sindh is rich in natural resources and is very useful for foreign investment.
He said that three thousand megawatts of electricity is being generated from Thar coal and added to the national grid, which is reducing the electricity problems.
