ISLAMABAD: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has registered more than 58,000 traders across the country under the Tajar Dost scheme.
FBR officials say that the process of registration of retailers will continue in 42 cities of the country, the process of registration of businessmen under the Tajar Dost scheme is going on and so far more than 58 thousand businessmen have been registered across the country. is
According to FBR, the largest number of traders were registered in 6 major cities of the country. These include Karachi, Lahore, Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Peshawar and Quetta. The process of registration of traders is also going on in other small cities.
According to officials, registration is being done in 42 cities across the country, advance income tax is being collected from the traders based on the fair market value of the shops and notification in this regard has already been issued.
