Karachi: The price of gold has increased in global and local markets.
The price of gold rose by 22 dollars per ounce in the international bullion market, bringing the new price to the level of 2503 dollars.
Similarly, in the local bullion markets on Thursday, the price of 24 carat gold per tola increased by Rs 200 to Rs 262,100 and the price of gold per 10 grams increased by Rs 1,714 to Rs 224,708.
Contrary to the increase in the price of gold in the country, the price of silver per tola remained unchanged at Rs 2,900 and the price of silver per 10 grams remained unchanged at Rs 2,486.28.
