Karachi: The prices of gold in global and local markets increased again today.
The price of gold rose by $16 per ounce in the international bullion market, after which the new global price reached the level of $2,656.
On the other hand, the price of 24-carat gold per tola increased by Rs. 1600 to Rs. 275500 and the price of gold per 10 grams increased by Rs. 1372 to Rs. 236197.
Contrary to the increase in the price of gold in the country, the price of silver per tola remained unchanged at Rs 3050 and the price of silver per 10 grams also remained unchanged at Rs 2614.88.
