The Islamabad High Court reserved its decision on the request to remove the name of Baloch Solidarity Committee leader Mah Rang Baloch from the travel ban list.

The government lawyer said that first the name was put in PNIL, then it was removed from this list and put in ECL, cases have been registered against Mahrang under the provisions of terrorism, anti-state activities, home department of Balochistan. On the request, his name was put in the no-fly list.
The Chief Justice asked the public prosecutor that why don’t you tell anyone that his name is on a no-fly list? How many cases were registered every day, they imposed the same provisions on everyone? Tell me, when Mahrang Baloch was stopped, in which list was her name? His lawyer says that at that time the name was not in any list.
The public prosecutor replied that Mahrang Baloch’s name was in the Provisional National Identification List (PNIL) when he was detained, temporarily the name is entered in the PNIL and then in the ECL. is
