(Lahore) Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) conducted its Corporate Briefing Session (CBS) after closure of their financials for FY 2024-25, on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, in compliance with the requirements of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) limited. The session was held at Faletti’s Hotel, Lahore and was attended by the shareholders, analysts, and other stakeholders, both in-person and via videoconferencing.
The Company’s Management provided a comprehensive overview of the operational and financial performance of SNGPL. Key performance indicators, including the Company’s record 2nd high profitability and notable achievements in reducing Unaccounted for Gas (UFG), were shared with the participants.The Managing Director highlighted that SNGPL recorded the 2nd highest ever profit before tax of Rs. 24,446 million and profit after tax of Rs. 14,592 million, resulting in earnings per share (EPS) of Rs. 23.01.
It was also noted that the Company achieved a major operational milestone by reducing overall UFG volumetric losses from 31,317 MMCF to 30,026 MMCF.An interactive question-and-answer session was held after the presentation, during which the shareholders and analysts posed queries related to the Company’s operations, profitability, UFG control measures, regulatory matters, customer services, and future prospects.
The session was chaired by Mr. Amer Tufail (MD), Mr. Saqib Arbab, DMD (Ops), Mr. Kamran Akram, CFO, and Mr. Imtiaz Mehmood, SGM (Corporate Affairs) / Company Secretary & Senior Management of the Company also attended the session.

COMPANY PROFILE
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) was incorporated as a private limited Company in 1963 and converted into a public limited company in January 1964 under the Companies Act 1913, now The Companies Act 2017, and is listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX). The Company falls under the category of Public Interest Company under the Third Schedule of the Companies Act, 2017.
The Company took over the existing Sui-Multan System (217 miles of 16 inch and 80 miles of 10 inch diameter pipelines) from Pakistan industrial Development Corporation (PIDC) and Dhulian-Rawalpindi-Wah system (82 miles of 6 inch diameter pipeline) from Attock Oil Company Limited. The Company’s commercial operations commenced by selling an average of 47 MMCFD gas in two regions viz. Multan and Rawalpindi, serving a total number of 67 consumers.
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) is the largest integrated gas company serving more than 7.30 million consumers in North Central Pakistan through an extensive network in Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Azad Jammu & Kashmir and is certified against ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 Standards. SNGPL’s 11 sites have been registered under the “SMART2” Program by Pakistan Environmental Protection Agency (PAK-EPA). The Company has over 50 years of experience in operation and maintenance of high-pressure gas transmission and distribution systems. It has also expanded its activities as Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Contractor to undertake the planning, designing and construction of pipelines, both for itself and other organizations.
SNGPL transmission system extends from Sui in Baluchistan to Peshawar in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa comprising over 9,389 KM of Transmission System (Main lines & Loop lines). The distribution activities covering 5,567 main towns & villages in Punjab & Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are organized through 17 regional offices. Distribution system consists of 151,419 KM of pipeline. SNGPL has over 7.30 million consumers comprising Commercial, Domestic, General Industry, Fertilizer Power & Cement Sectors. Annual gas sales to the consumers were 623,724 MMCF during Jul 2019 – Jun 2020.
