Indian actress Rakhi Sawant has reacted to being summoned by the Maharashtra Cyber Cell and said that she did not abuse anyone.
According to Indian media reports, Rakhi Sawant has also been included in the investigation in the controversy over Same Raina’s YouTube show ‘India Got Latent’. After Same Raina and Ranveer Allahabadia, the Maharashtra Cyber Cell has also issued summons to Rakhi Sawant.
In a video statement, Rakhi Sawant expressed surprise and said why she has been summoned? She explained that she had only given an interview and had not abused anyone.
Rakhi Sawant further said that instead of sending a summons, she could have been called on the phone and she was ready to answer all the questions. She said that she is an artist and had given interviews for remuneration but had not abused anyone.
The actress further said that rape cases in the country should be solved as many women are waiting for justice and their cases are pending.
She also said that she has neither work nor money to give and has not committed any sin. Rakhi Sawant described herself as a ‘white collar’.
