Despite the English Cricket Board (ECB) banning players from participating in other leagues including the Pakistan Super League (PSL), the players defied their board’s orders.
The England Cricket Board (ECB) had banned its players from participating in other franchise leagues including the Pakistan Super League due to the domestic season, but the cricketers have trampled on their board’s ban.
In the past few days, after England fast bowler David Willey and aggressive opener Jason Roy, Dawid Malan and Sam Curran have also officially registered their names in the foreign drafts for the PSL.
Now another player has been added to this list, Tom Kohler-Cadmore has also registered his name for the PSL 10.
Apart from them, leading players from other countries include New Zealand’s Daryl Mitchell, South African batsman Riley Rossouw, Zimbabwe captain Sikandar Raza, Australian wicketkeeper Alex Carey, Bangladeshi fast bowler Mustafizur Rahman and all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan.
The PCB has previously confirmed the names of England’s David Willey and Australia’s Usman Khawaja among the cricketers included in the foreign players’ drafts.
It should be noted that the players’ draft for the 10th edition of the PSL will be held in Gwadar on January 11.
