ISLAMABAD: A high-level Saudi delegation will visit Pakistan in December after confirming the deferred oil payments to the IMF.
According to sources in the Ministry of Finance, Saudi Arabia has confirmed to the IMF that it will facilitate oil worth 1.2 billion dollars to Pakistan on deferred payments.
The Saudi delegation is expected to visit Pakistan in December to determine its details, in which the details of the facility on oil exports worth 1.2 billion dollars will be finalized.
Sources said that Pakistan can request Saudi Arabia to provide $100 million worth of oil on a monthly basis for 12 months under this facility.
