Did you know that you can now easily convert voice messages received on WhatsApp into written form?
WhatsApp introduced this interesting feature in November 2024, which is now also available for Pakistani users. With the help of this feature, you can automatically convert voice messages into text, which can be very useful especially in busy moments.
How does this feature work?
This feature of WhatsApp uses modern technology to convert voice messages into written form. Currently, this facility is available in four languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Russian. According to the WhatsApp administration, more languages will be added in the future, but no final date has been set for the Urdu language yet.
How to enable the feature?
To use this feature, first go to WhatsApp settings. There, look for the ‘Voice Notes’ option in the ‘Chats’ section. After opening it, you will be asked in which language you receive voice messages most often. After selecting the language, this feature will be automatically enabled, and all the voice messages you receive will appear in written form.
Is this feature available for every language?
Currently, this feature is only available for English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Russian. Work is underway to introduce this feature for other languages, including Urdu, but no final date has been revealed yet.
Why is this feature important?
This feature is especially useful for users who do not have time to listen to voice messages due to their busy lives. Reading messages in written form is not only faster but also better in terms of privacy, especially in public places.
This new feature of WhatsApp is making communication easier and more efficient for users. If you haven’t used it yet, go into Settings and enable it today!
