ISLAMABAD: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has released new official property rates for five more major cities of the country including Shehr e Quaid. While the rates for 45 cities have already been released.
According to the details, FBR has issued new rates for immovable property in Karachi, Lahore, Quetta, Sargodha and Gwadar and according to the notification issued in this regard, the new rates will be applicable from today.
FBR has fixed the rates of various open and residential plots from different residential settlements to posh housing societies in Karachi ranging from Rs 700 per sq ft to Rs 15 thousand per sq ft.
