The James Webb Space Telescope has been providing scientists and the public around the world with stunning views of the universe since its launch.
Another such image has been released by James Webb of the protostar HH30, a star in the process of forming, and with amazing new detail.
It was first discovered using the Hubble Space Telescope, but the star appeared to be just a dark molecular cloud.
The above image shows a protoplanetary disk with a narrow jet stream of gas and dust at its edge, with a conical outflow of gas and dust spewing out into space.
It should be noted that the James Webb Telescope is the most advanced space telescope ever built.
It was launched on December 25, 2021 and orbits the Sun about 1.5 million kilometers from Earth.
