The Special Judge Banking Court has approved Faryal Talpur’s request for exemption in the money laundering and illegal transaction case.
The hearing of the money laundering and illegal transaction case was held before the Special Banking Court in Karachi.
Omni Group’s Anwar Majeed, Abdul Ghani Majeed, Hussain Lawai and other accused appeared in the court.
PPP leader Faryal Talpur did not appear in the court, a request was filed for exemption from attendance of Faryal Talpur.
The position taken in the application was that Faryal Talpur is in poor health, exemption from attendance should be granted.
The court accepted Faryal Talpur’s request for exemption and adjourned the hearing.
