Technology company Meta held various activities in Karachi to connect with content creators.
Around 40 content creators from across Pakistan were invited to an event organized in this regard, where Meta collaborated with renowned content creators like Food Fusion, Samosi and Osama Nasir to create content.
“We are delighted to see that Pakistani creators are using Meta platforms in innovative ways to build and grow their communities,” said Revi Silviana, Meta’s Director of Global Partners for South and Southeast Asia. “Although we do not have a local partner in Pakistan to support content creator accounts, our global team is committed to providing creators with the resources and support they need to succeed, including various tools to help them stay safe online.”
“We will continue to empower Pakistan’s vibrant creator community to share their stories and showcase their unique talent to the world, as well as connect with fans in meaningful ways,” he said. Meta has been engaging Pakistan’s young digital talent through a number of events and campaigns.
At the “Creator Connect” event, Meta celebrated the success of creators who launched their WhatsApp channels.
