Former Bollywood actress Mamta Kulkarni has rejected the rumors of getting the religious title ‘Maha Mandleshwar’ for 10 crores.
Former Indian actress Mamta Kulkarni, while talking about taking the title of Maha Mandleshwar through money in a recent interview, has denied these rumors. The actress said that she does not have 1 crore, from where will she pay 10 crores?
She explained that ‘It is wrong to think that I can give 10 crores, I do not even have 1 crore. The fact is that when I was made Maha Mandleshwar, I borrowed 2 lakhs from someone and gave it to my guru’.
Mamta Kulkarni, who recently took sannyas, also mentioned an incident that happened on the sets of the film ‘Karran Arjun’ in an interview. She said that Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan used to joke with her during the shooting.
She said that during a dance scene, Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan were supposed to dance with her, but the dance director told her that she would be alone in that particular shoot. The next day, she got her dance steps recorded, later it was found that both the Khans were hiding in the bushes behind and laughing at her.
Mamta Kulkarni further said that after her shots were completed, the next scene was of Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan, in which they were supposed to dance on their knees. At that time, about 5,000 people were present to watch the shooting.
The actress said that during this scene, one retake after another was done, until 25 retakes were done, after which the film’s producer Rakesh Roshan got fed up and canceled the shooting.
Mamta Kulkarni also said that out of the two, Salman Khan is the more mischievous.
