Mumbai: Legendary actor Kamal Haasan’s film ‘Indian 2’ is facing a legal dispute.
According to Indian media, the Multiplex Association of India (MAI) has sent a legal notice to the team of the film ‘Indian 2’ for violating the OTT release guidelines.
The Hindi version of the film ‘Indian 2’ was streamed on Netflix ahead of its scheduled 8-week schedule, violating MAI guidelines.
According to MAI, this violation is against the guidelines designed to protect the interests of the theater exhibition sector.
