Kent Kachheri of Lahore has ordered the discharge and release of YouTuber and anchorperson Imran Riaz from the case of interference in the Kar Sarkar.

Imran Riaz’s lawyer opposed the police request for physical remand, lawyer Mian Ali Ashfaq said that the case registered against Imran Riaz is false and baseless.
The judicial magistrate reserved the decision regarding the remand of Imran Riaz and later discharged the anchor person from the case.
The judicial magistrate in the issued order wrote that the nature of the offense recorded in the FIR and the nature of the remand paper is bailable, therefore physical remand cannot be granted in accordance with law, and the request for physical remand of the investigating officer is rejected.
