Mumbai: Legendary Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan has spoken openly about the difficulties he has faced as he ages.
The 82-year-old actor admitted in his personal blog that he has difficulty remembering dialogues and sometimes calls the director late at night and requests to reshoot.
Amitabh Bachchan wrote, “With age, it is not only the challenge of remembering dialogues but also other difficulties that one has to face while acting.”
He further revealed that after shooting the film, he realizes his mistakes and requests the director to give him another chance.
Amitabh Bachchan also shed light on the impermanence of fame in his post. He wrote, “Every day brings a new challenge, but time waits for no one. The enthusiasm of fans decreases with time, it is a natural process.”
The Bollywood superstar added that he doesn’t understand the financial aspects of the film industry. “Production, costing, marketing, exhibition, everything seems like a murky and incomprehensible world,” he admitted.
Amitabh Bachchan is currently hosting the popular game show “Kaun Banega Crorepati” while he is also working on other film projects.
