Director General, Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), Riffat Mukhtar Raja, paid an official visit to the Information Services Academy (ISA), Islamabad. On this occasion, the Executive Director General of ISA, Umrana Wazir, warmly welcome the DG FIA.
During the visit, DG FIA addressed the undergoing trainee officers of the 38th CTP. The DG FIA informed the officers that the FIA has established a comprehensive and modern system known as the Complaint Management Unit for prompt and effective resolution of public complaints.
He stated that citizens can report complaints related to human trafficking, fake visas, hundi/hawala, and other crimes through the FIA’s online portal, helpline, or by visiting nearest FIA offices.

Emphasizing the role of media and awareness campaigns, the DG FIA stressed the need to educate the public about the dangers of human trafficking, financial fraud, and forgery. He added that every citizen should be aware of where and how to seek legal assistance when needed.
At the conclusion of the visit, the Executive DG of the Information Services Academy expressed her gratitude to the DG FIA. Both institutions also agreed to strengthen future cooperation and enhance public awareness efforts.
