Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar has confirmed that the shooting of the third installment of the popular comedy film series Hera Pheri will begin by the end of 2025.
In an interview, Akshay expressed his excitement and said, “I am also eagerly waiting for the start of Hera Pheri 3. If everything goes according to plan, we will start shooting by the end of the year.”
Akshay recalled that when the first film Hera Pheri (2000) was made, no one thought that it would become a cult classic. “It was a comedy film, but we never imagined that it would become so popular.”
The characters of Akshay Kumar (Raju), Paresh Rawal (Babu Rao Ganpat Rao Apte) and Suniel Shetty (Shyam) in the famous series have created a special place in the hearts of the audience. Its sequel Hera Pheri (2006) also made a splash at the box office, and now the fans’ wish is going to be fulfilled.
Akshay Kumar said that this time too the main characters will be the same, and the film will start from where the previous film ended.
Praising his co-star Paresh Rawal, Akshay said, “Paresh is a very funny person in real life too. We recently shot the film Bhoot Bangla in Jaipur, and had a lot of fun.”
This announcement has created excitement among the fans, and the release of Hera Pheri 3 is being eagerly awaited.
On the other hand, Akshay Kumar is also ready for his film Sky Force, which will release on January 24, 2025. The film also stars Veer Pahari, Nimrat Kaur, and Sara Ali Khan.
