Gwadar: Negotiations between the Baloch Solidarity Committee and the Balochistan government have been successful, after which the ongoing sit-ins across the province have been ended.
Balochistan Interior Minister Mir Ziaullah Longo, Provincial Minister Mir Zahoor Bilidi participated in the talks held at DC House Gwadar.
Member of Assembly Maulana Hidayat Rahman, Commissioner Makran Division Daud Khalji, Deputy Commissioner Hamud Rahman and other officials including DIGs were present on this occasion.
Hussain Wadila, Chairman of Haq Du Tehreek, Majid Surabi of BNP Mengal, Maulana Abdul Hameed of JUI and other leaders played the role of mediation in the negotiations on behalf of the Baloch Solidarity Committee.
Balochistan Interior Minister Mir Ziaullah Longo said that he reached Gwadar four days ago on the instructions of Chief Minister Balochistan, the government, administration and institutions showed patience during the protest.
Interior Minister Balochistan Gwadar said that he had already said that the solution to the conflict is only possible through dialogue.
He appealed to the people and said that they must protest, but under the guise of protesting, government property should not be damaged, forces should not be attacked and common people should not be hurt.
The Interior Minister said that under the guise of protest, they cannot allow the law to be taken into their own hands.
The statement said that after the successful negotiations, all the national highways across the province will be opened from today and the roads will be opened by removing the obstacles from all the roads.
According to the statement, the mobile network will be restored soon and the arrested persons will be released after the Baloch Unity Committee dharna ends.
