Former Prime Minister and Leader of the People Zulfikar Ali Bhutto’s 97th birth anniversary will be celebrated today. There will be celebrations across the country.
Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, who laid the foundation stone of Pakistan’s nuclear program, opened his eyes in Larkana on January 5, 1928. Zulfikar Ali Bhutto served as the President of Pakistan from 1971 to 1973, while he also has the honor of being the country’s first elected Prime Minister.
A seminar and cake cutting ceremony have been organized at the People’s Secretariat Model Town today, Sunday at 3 pm to mark the birth anniversary of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto. Celebrations will also be held in other cities of the country in which tributes will be paid to the Leader of the People for making the country a nuclear power.
