Army Chief General Syed Asim Munir has said that with the support of the nation, we have the ability to protect the territorial integrity and sovereignty of the motherland, while the Pakistani armed forces will thwart every conspiracy.
According to the Public Relations Department of the Pakistan Army (ISPR), Army Chief General Syed Asim Munir visited Narowal and Sialkot and inspected the field training exercises. The Corps Commander Gujranwala and the Inspector General of Training and Evaluation welcomed the Army Chief.
The Pakistan Army spokesperson said that the exercise involved coordinated fire and maneuver operations of armor, infantry, mechanized infantry, artillery, air defense, army aviation, anti-tank guided missile units, while the effective use of electronic warfare capabilities and information operations was also demonstrated.
The ISPR said that these operations are designed to disrupt enemy communications and counter disinformation strategies in a modern battlefield environment.
The Pakistan Army spokesperson said that General Asim Munir was given a comprehensive briefing about the objectives and conduct of the exercise, the aim of the exercises was to improve professional skills and battlefield procedures to deal with emerging operational challenges.
According to the ISPR, the Pakistan Army Chief spent the day in the field with the soldiers and praised the training standards, operational readiness and high morale of the soldiers.
On this occasion, Army Chief General Syed Asim Munir said that the armed forces are capable of dealing with all threats with the resolute support of the nation and we will foil every conspiracy.
He said that with national support, we are capable of protecting the territorial integrity and sovereignty of the motherland.
The ISPR said that the Army Chief stressed the crucial importance of maintaining constant readiness to counter any potential threats from the enemy.
