Islamabad: Former Prime Minister and PTI founder Imran Khan has said that we are ready to negotiate with the army, the army should appoint its representative and we will negotiate.
In an informal conversation with the journalists in the court, the founder chairman PTI expressed his desire to negotiate with the army and said that we have never accused the army but we have criticized it.
Imran Khan compared the army to a spoiled child and said that if there is a spoiled child in the house, he is criticized and the army was criticized because criticism is the beauty of democracy.
The journalist asked that it seems from your recent words that you want to fix things with the army, but you made accusations against the same army and its chief? To which Imran Khan said that I have never blamed the army, only criticized it, don’t teach us that the army has never done anything wrong.
He said that General Zia was behind the punishment of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and General Yahya Khan was behind the fall of Dhaka.
