Mumbai: Popular Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor has revealed that she had a childhood crush on actor Varun Dhawan and even proposed to him once.
These days Shraddha Kapoor is ruling the box office due to her new film ‘Isthri 2’, this film was released on 15th August and in just four days the film has collected 273 crores worldwide.
Varun Dhawan has also played a cameo in this Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkumar Rao film, while giving an interview during the promotional campaign of the film, the actress made a surprising revelation about Varun Dhawan.
According to Indian media, Shraddha Kapoor said that it is very old, maybe people don’t know that Varun Dhawan rejected my proposal.
The actress said that my father Shakti Kapoor and Varun’s father were shooting, so we both went to the shoot with them, we both were young and I had a crush on Varun since childhood.
He said that we went to the mountains, going there I said to Varun that I will say one thing but I will say that thing in reverse so you will understand its meaning.
Shraddha Kapoor further said that then I said ‘You love I’, as soon as I said it, Varun replied from the front that I don’t like girls, he answered this and ran away from there.
It should be remembered that Varun Dhawan married his longtime friend Natasha Dalal in January 2021 and a daughter was born to the couple on June 3 this year.
