Munich: In the semi-finals of the UEFA Euro Cup 2024, Spain defeated France by two goals to one and qualified for the final.
France took the lead in the 8th minute of the match through Kylian Mbappe’s cross from Randall Kolo Moni, but Spain’s Leman Yemel equalized in the 21st minute.
Spain’s Leman Yamel has become the youngest goalscorer in the history of the European Championship, entering the record books at the age of 16 years and 362 days.
Just four minutes after Yamal’s goal, Danny Olmo’s shot was deflected into his own goalpost by France’s Jules Conde.
The first half of the match ended with Spain leading by one goal, which remained until the end of the match.
The French team tried to equalize the match, but the excellent play of the Spanish defensive players thwarted the efforts of France.
