Lahore: The South African cricket team has reached Lahore where it will participate in the Tri-Nation Series.
The South African team arrived in Lahore via a private airline from Dubai and was shifted to a private hotel in a security cordon.
The South African team will take complete rest today and will start the practice session tomorrow. The team’s practice will be held at the LCCA Ground from 12:30 to 4:30 pm.
On the other hand, the New Zealand cricket team had reached Lahore a day ago and now both the teams are busy preparing for the event.
Strict security arrangements have been made during the arrival of the cricket teams in Lahore, in which a police contingent was deployed under the leadership of DIG Operations Faisal Kamran.
A heavy police contingent is also present at the local hotel to avoid any untoward situation.
