Islamabad: The Accountability Court of Islamabad has asked NAB for a report on the jurisdiction of the reference on the upcoming hearing in the Tosha Khana vehicle reference.
Accountability Court judge Abida Sajjad heard the reference regarding Tosha Khana vehicles against President Asif Zardari, Yusuf Raza Gilani and Nawaz Sharif.
President Asif Zardari and Yusuf Raza Gilani’s lawyer Arshad Tabriz, while Nawaz Sharif’s lawyer Qazi Misbah and pleader Rana Irfan appeared in the accountability court.
Lawyer Qazi Misbah raised an objection on the jurisdiction of the reference after the Supreme Court NAB amendment decision.
