Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court has fixed the bail application of PTI founder Imran Khan in the Tosha Khana 2 case for hearing on November 12.
Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb will hear the petition. The court has issued a notice to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) seeking its response.
It should be noted that the Special Judge Central had rejected the bail of former Chairman PTI Imran Khan, while the bail of Bushra Bibi has been approved in the Tosha Khana case.
NAB had arrested Imran Khan and his wife in a new reference of Tosha Khana on July 13 immediately after getting bail in the Iddat Nikah case.
