ISLAMABAD: The Special Judge Central has decided to hear the arguments on September 23 on the bail plea of PTI founder Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi in the Tosha Khana 2 case.
Founder PTI Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi have approached the Special Judge Central Islamabad in Tosha Khana 2 and have said in the filed application that the NAB investigation officer has not yet submitted the supplementary report.
Advocate Khalid Yousaf Chaudhry appeared on behalf of founder PTI and Bushra Bibi and said that the court had ordered on September 16 that the supplementary report be submitted within three days, the court said in its statement to the investigating officer on September 16. Asked to state the allegations, the investigating officer did not submit his statement within three days, the investigating officer should be ordered to submit his statement today.
It has been further stated in the petition that the state machinery is creating obstacles in the pursuit of justice, the right to liberty is being denied by delaying tactics, using delaying tactics on bail application is a violation of judicial policy.
The Special Judge has called for a report from the Central Investigation Officer by tomorrow and said that the arguments on the bail application will be heard on September 23. Later the hearing was adjourned.
