ISLAMABAD: The bail application of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan’s wife Bushra Bibi in the Tosha Khana 2 case has been fixed for hearing on October 22.
Islamabad High Court’s Registrar Office has issued the cause list for fixing Bushra Bibi’s bail application in Tosha Khana 2 case. Bushra Bibi’s bail application in Tosha Khana 2 case has been fixed for hearing on October 22. Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb will hear the bail application. The court has issued a notice to the FIA. Special Judge Central had rejected Bushra Bibi’s bail application. The previous hearing could not be held due to the ill health of Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb.
On the other hand, the acquittal petitions of PTI founder and Bushra Bibi in the 190 million pound case in the Islamabad High Court have been fixed for hearing on October 24. Chief Justice Amir Farooq and Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb will conduct the hearing. The previous hearing could not be held due to the ill health of Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb. The division bench has restrained the accountability court from pronouncing the final verdict in the case.
