LOS ANGELES: Two planes narrowly avoided colliding with each other during a thrilling incident at the Los Angeles International Airport in the US city.
The video of the incident has gone viral on social media, in which it can be seen that the air traffic controller instructed one of the planes to immediately stop crossing the runway.
The plane spotter who shared the video said that he had never heard such an instruction before in his experience of plane control, when the air traffic controller shouted “stop, stop, stop”.
After the incident, when the runway was clear, the private jet began to turn.
According to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), air traffic controllers stopped Flight 563 when the other plane was taking off from the runway.
This incident occurred especially after 179 people were killed in a passenger plane crash in South Korea, in which the plane hit a wall after crash landing.
