Army Chief Syed Asim Munir has congratulated everyone on the great occasion of Pakistan’s Independence Day and said that those who create a gap between the people and the forces will be disappointed.
Addressing the Independence Parade at PMA Kakul, he said that Allah Almighty has blessed us with freedom in the form of Pakistan, the freedom of Pakistan is the fruit of the sacrifice of Allama Iqbal, Quaid-e-Azam and millions of people.
The purpose of the establishment of Pakistan was not only the acquisition of the geographical region, living in a free space is the fruit of the sacrifices of our martyrs.
No difficulty has weakened our determination and morale, the basis of our national consciousness is the idea of Pakistan, which is based on the two-nation idea, the two-nation idea provided the opportunity for a separate identity, culture and civilization to the Muslims of the subcontinent.
The Army Chief further said that this country came into existence not only to survive, but to gain a prominent position in the world, accordingly, the historic words of the Quaid-i-Azam are very important: Build and Rebuild’,
Along with the leaders and workers of Pakistan, we pay homage and salute to the martyrs, Ghazis and their families, living in these free atmospheres today is due to the great sacrifices of the martyrs.
Historically, we as a nation have always emerged stronger after every difficulty, in which the mutual trust of the nation and the forces is key, coincidences and chaos hollow the country from within and pave the way for external aggression. .

Earlier, on the occasion of the 77th Independence Day of the Motherland, an Independence Parade was held at Pakistan Military Academy Kakul.
Special tributes were paid to the martyrs of the Pak land and motherland, salute was given to Army Chief General Syed Asim Munir.
The ceremony started with the recitation of the Holy Quran, the speech of the founder of Pakistan Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah was read in the ceremony, scenes of the construction of Pakistan and freedom struggle were shown through a laser show, the cadets of Military Academy Kakool marched past.
