Lahore: Fawad Chaudhry says that there is an impression that martial law is being talked about to intimidate the judges.
Speaking to the media in Lahore, Fawad Chaudhry said that Maryam Nawaz is in danger that if Form 45 is opened, her own seat will be in danger. There is an impression that martial law is being talked about to intimidate the judges.
Fawad Chaudhry further said that the Election Commission’s decision not to file a review is good. The election should also recognize the decision of the Chief Justice of Lahore. It is not appropriate to refer political cases to retired judges, only serving judges should hear these cases.
He said that it is a very good decision of the Chief Justice Lahore High Court not to change the tribunals. The Chief Justice had to stand with his judges.
