The US has imposed sanctions on Karim Khan, who issued arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yves Gallant.
The US Treasury Department has said in a statement that the Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, Karim Khan, will be banned from entering the US.
The statement further said that the assets of the Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, Karim Khan, in the US are also being frozen.
This ban on the chief prosecutor has been imposed on the order of US President Donald Trump and for which his party had also introduced legislation.
However, the majority party Democrats in the Senate rejected the bill, which Donald Trump had to implement through an executive order.
After the implementation of the bill, financial and visa sanctions were found on the staff and their families involved in the investigation of the International Criminal Court against American citizens and its allies.
Donald Trump was furious with the International Criminal Court because Chief Prosecutor Karim Khan had issued arrest warrants for the Israeli prime minister and defense minister for war crimes in Gaza.
