The US has imposed sanctions on 19 Indian companies supplying war equipment to Russia.
According to foreign media, the United States announced to impose sanctions on around 400 companies and individuals around the world. Along with India, China, Malaysia, Thailand, Turkey and United Arab Emirates include many other countries in the above list.

The four companies include Ascend Aviation India Pvt Ltd, Mask Trans, TSMD Pvt Ltd and Fitrivo Company. Ascend Aviation is alleged to have supplied more than 700 Russian-based companies between March 2023 and March 2024. More shipments have been sent.
These shipments include CHPA goods worth more than 17 million rupees, while the US State Department claims that between June 2023 and April 2024, the mask trans company sent goods worth about 2.5 crore rupees, which were airlifted by Russia. was used in the related field.
Apart from this, TSMD Global Private Limited Company is alleged to have given over Rs 3.6 crore worth of equipment to Russian companies, including electronic integrated circuits, central processing units and other fixed capacitors. It is accused of supplying electronic equipment worth around Rs 12 crore to Russia between January 2023 and February 2024.
The material is alleged to have been given to a company that also manufactures drones. Other companies in India include Abhar Technologies and Services Pvt Ltd, Danvas Services Pvt Ltd, EMSY Tech, Galaxy Bearings Ltd, Invio Ventures, K. DG Engineering Pvt Ltd and Khushboo Honing Pvt Ltd. include Lokesh Machines Ltd, Orbit Fintrade LLP, Pointer Electronics, RRG Engineering Technologies Pvt Ltd, Sharpline Automation Pvt Ltd, Shaurya Aeronautics Pvt Ltd, Shree G Impex Pvt Ltd. And the names of Shreya Life Sciences Pvt Ltd are also included in this list.
On the other hand, according to the Indian media, the names of the two Indian people who have been banned by the US are Vivek Kumar Mishra and Sudhir Kumar. According to the US State Department, Vivek Kumar Mishra and Sudhir Kumar are co-directors and partial shareholders of Ascend Aviation. .
According to Sand Aviation India Private Limited’s website, the company is based in Delhi and supplies spare parts as well as lubricants to the aviation industry internationally.
According to Indian media, Indian companies were supplying electronic, computer and aviation equipment to Russia. Responding to the American sanctions, the spokesperson of the Indian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that these companies have not violated Indian laws, and are in contact with the American authorities on the matter so that the problem can be resolved.
Remember, this is not the first time that the US has targeted Indian companies. Earlier in November 2023, an Indian company was also banned for helping the Russian army.
