ISLAMABAD: Chairman NAB Lieutenant General Retired Nazir Ahmed has said that the purpose of NAB is not to harass anyone but to give justice to the rightful and to ensure legal action against the accused.
Addressing the closing session of the three-day 24th DGs conference yesterday, Chairman NAB said that maximum relief should be given to the public in case of return of looted funds.
Deputy Chairman NAB Sohail Nasir, Prosecutor General Accountability Syed Ehtesham Qadirshah, heads of NAB Regional Bureaus and various divisions and other senior officers participated in the conference.
It was decided in the conference that by using the best strategy, the confiscated and confiscated properties will be auctioned and the looted money of the victims of fraud will be returned.
