Islamabad: Malaysian counterpart met Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif.
When the Prime Minister of Malaysia, Dato’ Sri Anwar Ibrahim arrived at the Prime Minister’s House, Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif welcomed him. The Prime Minister of Malaysia was presented with a guard of honor at the Prime Minister’s House.
Later, a bilateral meeting was held between the two leaders as well as a meeting at the level of delegations, along with which memorandums of understanding and agreements were exchanged regarding the promotion of Pakistan-Malaysia bilateral cooperation.
Prime Minister of Malaysia is on a 3-day official visit to Pakistan at the invitation of Prime Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif. During the visit, Pakistan-Malaysia will discuss the promotion of bilateral cooperation and important progress will be made regarding the partnership between the two countries.
A high-level delegation of businessmen and investors has also come to Pakistan along with the Prime Minister of Malaysia. The delegation will meet Pakistani businessmen and investors, which will promote trade and investment between the two countries. The Prime Minister of Malaysia will also participate in the Pakistan-Malaysia Business Forum for cooperation in bilateral trade and investment.
