Islamabad: The meeting of the Judicial Commission under the chairmanship of Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Yahya Afridi is going on.
Justice Mansoor Ali Shah, Justice Muneeb Akhtar, Justice Aminuddin Khan, Federal Law Minister Nazir Tarar and Attorney General Mansoor Usman Awan are also participating in the meeting.
Apart from this, the representative Pakistan Bar Council Advocate Akhtar Hussain, Farooq H. Naik, Sheikh Aftab Ahmed, Umar Ayub and female member Roshan Khursheed Brocha are also participating in the Judicial Commission meeting.
In the meeting, the formation of a constitutional bench in the Supreme Court will be considered, while the matter of creating a secretariat for the Judicial Commission will also be considered.
