In the 24th match of the event played in Cardiff, Phoenix achieved the target of 147 runs in 93 balls at the loss of 5 wickets.
Captain Moin Ali scored 60 runs on behalf of Phoenix. Jamie Smith was out for 12, Liam Livingstone 4 and Jacob Bethel 0.
Ben Duckett scored 54 and Benny Howell returned to the pavilion unbeaten with 6 runs.
