Rawalpindi: The central leader of Jamaat-e-Islami and head of the negotiation committee, Liaquat Baloch says that the government negotiation committee has no way to reject our demands.
The central leader of Jamaat-e-Islami, Liaquat Baloch, in his address to the gathering of Jamaat-e-Islami, said that it is advisable for the government that the prime minister should sincerely task the bureaucracy to find a way for them to make public relief possible.
Liaqat Baloch said that when Jamaat-e-Islami workers reached Rawalpindi, the effects of sit-in began to affect the rulers. The rulers said that they want to negotiate on the demands.
He said that the electric bombs that are being dropped on the people of Pakistan should be reduced, the taxes on agriculture are heavy on the peasants, the burden of income tax on the employees should be reduced.
Liaquat Baloch further said that they say there are international constraints regarding IPPs, we told them that 92% is the ownership of Pakistan, today in the negotiations they have formed a technical committee, the government committee will consult tonight. But we are sitting and will leave with relief for the people.
