Transit bail granted
Earlier, the Peshawar High Court heard the transit bail application of Opposition Leader Omar Ayub, in which a single bench comprising Chief Justice Peshawar High Court Ishtiaq Ibrahim granted transit bail to Omar Ayub.
The court granted transit bail to Omar Ayub until January 20.
During the hearing, the petitioner’s lawyer took the position that an FIR has been registered against Omar Ayub at Ramna police station. The petitioners want to appear in the relevant courts while there is a fear of the petitioner’s arrest.
