In the Lahore Garrison, the Pakistan Army’s Chok Wachoband troops gave a 21-gun salute, the soldiers also chanted the slogan Takbeer Allahu Akbar, the air echoed with the slogans of Allahu Akbar, very strict security arrangements were made during the salute ceremony.
After the Fajr prayer, special prayers were offered for the promotion of Islam, unity, solidarity, development and welfare of the country and the Muslim Ummah.
