Islamabad: The court extended the interim bail of Zartaj Gul and Aamir Mughal in terrorism cases.
In the anti-terrorism court Islamabad, a hearing was held against Zartaj Gul, Aamir Mughal under the provisions of terrorism in Sangjani police station, in which requests for exemption from attendance in the court were submitted by the accused.
The court, while accepting the plea of exemption from attendance of Zartaj Gul and Aamir Mughal, extended Zartaj Gul’s bail till October 25 and Amir Mughal’s interim bail till October 18.
The case was heard by Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Abul Hasanat Muhammad Zulqarnain, in which Sardar Busy Abbasi Advocate and others appeared in the court on behalf of PTI leaders.
Later, the court adjourned further hearing till future dates.
