Islamabad: A case of terrorism has been registered against the leaders of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) on the Islamabad rally.
A case was registered against PTI leaders in Noon police station in Islamabad. According to the text of the case, on the instructions of PTI leaders Shoaib Shaheen and Amir Mughal, the road was blocked and the police were attacked with sticks and stones. The case has been registered under 11 provisions including the Anti-Terrorism Act.
Last night, the police arrested a number of PTI leaders from inside the Parliament House on charges of disorderly conduct regarding the Islamabad rally. The arrested leaders include Sher Afzal Marwat, Sheikh Waqas Akram, Aamir Dogar, Zain Qureshi, Ahmed Chatta, Yusuf Khan, Member of Parliament from South Waziristan Zubair Khan and other leaders.
