ISLAMABAD: Students protested against the alleged irregularities in the intermediate results of the Federal Education Board.
Students from Rawalpindi and Islamabad protested outside the Federal Board. Accusing the Federal Board of losing the papers, the students said that they have repeatedly requested the Federal Board to recheck the papers, but instead of rechecking, the board is asking to conduct the exams again. 38 thousand students failed due to the incompetence of the board administration. Supply has come despite giving good papers by thousands of students. The Federal Board should be closed immediately and action should be taken against those responsible. Students raised slogans against the board administration.
Employees of the Federal Board say that the administration is using junior employees as scapegoats to hide its incompetence. A heavy contingent of police was deployed on the occasion of the students’ protest.
