Operation Banyan Marsus has strengthened Pakistan’s reputation and enhanced the country’s prestige at the global level, Lt. Gen. Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry.

Director General (DG) of the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) of the Pakistan Army, Lt. Gen. Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry, has said that the Pakistan Army is keeping an eye on the internal peace of the country as well as issues of the Islamic world.
Pakistan Army Spokesperson Lt. Gen. Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry visited Jamia Urwat-e-Wasiqa Lahore where he met Allama Syed Jawad Naqvi and students.
Addressing the youth on this occasion, DG ISPR said that the future of Pakistan is the youth and their role is of fundamental importance for the development and stability of the country.
DG ISPR said that the Pakistan Army has fulfilled the responsibility of defending the country in every era.
Referring to Operation Banyan Marsus, he said that this operation strengthened Pakistan’s reputation and enhanced the country’s prestige at the global level.
Allama Syed Jawad Naqvi, head of Jamia Urwat Al-Wathiqa, said that it is the need of the hour to make students aware of national responsibilities so that the new generation can play an effective role in national development.
The students asked questions on various issues on this occasion and the DG ISPR spoke in detail and said that the Pakistan Army is keeping an eye on the internal peace of the country as well as the issues of the Islamic world and is playing its role at every level for national unity.
Appreciating the role of the army, the students said that this session has removed their doubts and they reject negative propaganda and they expressed their determination that the entire nation stands with its forces.
