The statement of Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) witness Bin Yameen, Section Officer of Cabinet Division, has been recorded in the Toshakhana II case against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi.
The hearing of the Toshakhana II case in Adiala Jail Rawalpindi was conducted by Special Judge Central Shahrukh Khan Arjumand. The witness presented details of the gifts received by the PTI founder and Bushra Bibi and the register of registration of Toshakhana gifts in the court.
During the hearing, the PTI founder was presented in the courtroom, Bushra Bibi also came to Adiala Jail for the hearing.
The statement of Cabinet Division Section Officer Bin Yameen was recorded in the Toshakhana II case, Bushra Bibi’s lawyer Arshad Tabrez conducted preliminary cross-examination of the witness, the court adjourned the hearing of the Toshakhana II case until January 2.
